I'm a brand new subscriber, I just found you by accident today and watched your detailed video on Roti. I would love to make this and would, but I follow a Keto way of eating lifestyle and would have to be able to use alternatives to regular flours and any sugars, that may need to be used. The sugar is easy, as I love monk fruit sweetner and use it in everything I make. I don't know that I could substitute almond or coconut flours though for some of your recipes. Please keep posting and showing us your low carb recipes. I follow a Keto eating lifestyle and love seeing these from you!.. Thank you so much for sharing. 🙂

Conflicting information right now about CHIA SEEDS….extremely high OXALATES and older people are getting sick….pain! Anyone concerned about being healthy will avoid chia seeds, buckwheat, and quinoa!

I am curious about the keto & diabetic combination although I do I don't need either. I'm am interested in them for long term health reasons. Nothing really looks too interesting nor along the lines of my tastes. However, these last two videos of yours have me very interested so I am looking forward to more. I tried the bread but it didn't rock my boat. 😉

Hi Raihana! I'm not on Keto and not a diabetic, but I AM vegan and eat this quite often. I'll use frozen mixed berries of raspberries, blackberries and blueberries on top of mine and omit the sweetener of any type since there are natural sugars within the frozen fruit. I use unsweetened cashew, almond or soy; whatever I happen to have readily available. Thank you for sharing your recipe! Have a safe holiday weekend!

Here's a super quick and easy delicious recipe that is not only healthy but filling and satisfying. Chia seeds are full of antioxidants and are high in protein and fiber. They are truly a superfood and do great things for your body, I love eating this any time of the day be it breakfast or a late night craving.
