I would love to see some pre packaged food dupes.
    Example:
Rice-a-roni Spanish rice. It comes in a small box that has an envelope of the spices, as well as the rice and pasta just loose in the box. I would love to know a copycat recipe for that envelope of spices and what the pasta part is? I see rice, but how much rice? I see pasta, but how much and what type?

I'd love to see your ideas for cooking for one! Too much of what I buy at the grocery store goes to waste because the packaging for many perishables is large, and as a single person, I simply can't eat it all fast enough. Eating the same leftovers 6 meals in a row is tiring. If you ever find yourself alone for a few days when you don't have to feed your whole family, I'd love to see what you do!

Mindy I started watching your videos way back when you were doing ww videos but I don’t usually comment. All of your videos are great but this is one of my favorites. Thanks for all the ideas. The dressing looks delicious!

Parenting is so interesting today. You arrange your dinners on making sure kids make their activities. My mom was like we are having family dinner before you make your activities. I grew up in the 80's I would eat so fast in order to end dinner so I could be on time lol.

Definitely like this way of meal prep! I do something like this since I’m vegetarian and my family is not. I make sides and then proteins that can mix and match. Makes a lot more sense.

This is my favorite kind of meal prep. I think it helps give variety even if you are eating the same ingredients throughout the week. Love all your ideas.

I prep like this often. I find it's very helpful to write down some meal/dish combos to make with what was prepped so that when I'm starving and can't think or when my husband is helping. We can refer to the list to quickly decide what to eat.

Love this! Back before COVID started and gave me the chance to work from home, my commute to work was 1.5 hrs each way. I spent Sundays doing just these sort of prep meals. I need to do that again just to have down time during the week. Thanks for the reminder!! 💕

i love vodka sauce and rose sauces. interesting to see how to make vodka sauce. It's great that your kids are somewhat self-sufficient for dinners now. On The Minimal Mom, their 12-year-old daughter makes dinner for the family sometimes.

This was really helpful, thanks for posting. It's easy to see how you can use these in a few different ways to pull together a meal pretty quickly. I especially appreciated the dressing recipes!

I hear this! Middle of box lacrosse season, beaver scouts and cub scouts, and piano. It’s currently 4:30 and I’m about to serve a meal just so we can all eat together 😅
