I don’t have a trivet. Can I put potatoes in bottom of pot with water in the pot or I have a metal steamer should I put potatoes in that?

18 minutes? i did this in 5 with my pressure cooker but i didn't use the strainer think i just put the chopped potatoes, some coconut oil and some water and they were done in 5 once it heated up.

Potato skins are very tasty and also good for you, and the should be in smashed potatoes and crushed potatoes but NOT in mashed potatoes 🙂
