Hi Roland and Jamie, I am a Singaporean student stuck overseas due to covid, and I just wanna say thanks to your recipes, I can keep small pieces of Singapore close to my heart and of course my stomach. Haha. Thank you so much for all the effort in your videos!

Thank you for this ez recipe. Always bought it but never thought I'd learn how to make it. I didn't fry the chicken/sausage (wanted them to be tender) but just braised it slowly, enough to cook it. Rice came out a bit too mushy for my taste (US rice) so next time I'll just soak for 6 hours, rather than overnight.

Hi, did you use the same rice cup for 1/2 cup of water or just a regular US cup? I tried cooking this today (I used another recipe not yours) and sticky rice turned out very hard 🙁 I am now looking for the best water to sticky rice ratio by looking at many recipes.
