May I know the weight of glutinous rice in one normal rice cup?
What brand of chicken stock do you use?
What happens if you use normal rice?
Thank you for this ez recipe. Always bought it but never thought I'd learn how to make it. I didn't fry the chicken/sausage (wanted them to be tender) but just braised it slowly, enough to cook it. Rice came out a bit too mushy for my taste (US rice) so next time I'll just soak for 6 hours, rather than overnight.
Hi, did you use the same rice cup for 1/2 cup of water or just a regular US cup? I tried cooking this today (I used another recipe not yours) and sticky rice turned out very hard 🙁 I am now looking for the best water to sticky rice ratio by looking at many recipes.
Thanks 👍👍👍 chef for wonderful recipe I can't wait to try it out with best regards
Hello cef looks yummy love it
hi, I just want to ask if there is a substitute for the concentrated chicken stock such as normal chicken stock or stock powder?
