Sub'd cabbage for celery and cilantro for parsley. Added cumin, a touch of tamari and a splash of apple cider vinegar to give a little lift…easy & delicious!
Reduced the salt by 1/4 teaspoon and ladled it over cooked spinach. Super easy, healthy, delicious. Thank you for the recipe. I will be making this again.
