What is chikura? I've never seen this in my life. Can't get burdock root here in the United States. I will substitute bamboo shoots. Why do you add sugar to everything? I do not like sweet main courses like yakisoba. I usually leave out the sugar since I am diabetic. Otherwise, these look delicious and I will try making them once in awhile. Arigato gozaimasu! 😊
