    Roland, if I would like to prepare more ingredient for future cooking, so don't have to blend whenever I wanna cook, should I fried the ingredients & keep in refrigerator, or without frying?

    Finally made curry right, even though I was low on curry powder. I had to use very old powder from a South Africa–it was a Cape Malay mix and I figure that's pretty close to Singapore. Doubled the recipe and subbed shrimp paste for belacan. Made it soupy so I can eat with egg noodles.
