Wow nice look very delicious 👌👍ummm yummy yummy yummy
Finally made curry right, even though I was low on curry powder. I had to use very old powder from a South Africa–it was a Cape Malay mix and I figure that's pretty close to Singapore. Doubled the recipe and subbed shrimp paste for belacan. Made it soupy so I can eat with egg noodles.
oh man, this left me feeling so full and satisfied!!!
Hi sorry do u mean the shallots should be fry together with the paste or blend it together with the other ingredients to make the paste? and another noobie question, how did u dry roast the belacan?
What on earth was that exotic bird in the background?
Really nice.. I joined u.. hope u join me too..🌹🌹🌹
