    I made this today and was fantastic. Really delicious. My variation was in the marinade, i used honey instead sugar, and used only watery kikoman soyasauce as i didnt have dark soya sauce . I also used chicken breast and some bones, not wings as well as rice wine from Borneo. Yumms

    OMG! I tried this minus the onion leaves as I didn't have them. Didn't have the wine either. However, it turned out to be super duper licious. Even my family who have more of Indian palate loved it. Thank you so much for this simple yet fabulous recipe.

    Just made this and tasted like something was missing. It lacked depth in flavor. I would season the chicken with spice with 5 spice seasoning while stirfrying and add star anise to the marinade

    Hi Chef, thank you very much for the recipe. Tried many many of your recipe without failed :). But I always encounter one problem, too salty. I guessed may be due to the dark soy sauce that I am using. May I know which brand of premium soy sauce you will recommend?

    Hi! I just wana ask if im going to use chicken drumsticks here, how many pcs will i need to replace the 7 chix wings? And is it fine without skin? Another thing, if i dont marinate with spring onion, will i get the same taste result?
