My husband lives for bolognese in his favorite restaurant in Maui, Hawaii. We made this recipe for dinner tonight, and the verdict is in: This bolognese recipe is better than the bolognese in Hawaii!
And…the man at the cheese counter was telling us there was a run on Parmesan rinds today. Must be quite a few of us enjoying Kaleb’s recipe for Bolognese! Thank you Kaleb!!

Great great recipe!! …Do you ever have tomatoes that are "more acid", and you taste that it needs a touch of sugar or brown sugar to mellow it out? …You used rigatoni pasta… I usually buy penne pasta or ziti (pasta) in our area stores… Some of those pasta "tubes" have ridges but some smooth.🍝… all so delicious! 😋

OMG I love watching you. But I have a serious question, I have Crohn's disease. I can not eat anything with tomatoes sauce pizza. Anyway I heard that sugar will take the acid out of the tomato. If so which is better white or brown sugar. I just miss eating so many Italian meals. And I have to ask if I am invited for dinner at someone's home. Its just embarrassing.

One of my favorite recipes! I have been making this same recipe about 3 years now and my family loves it! So much flavor! It will be a family favorite. Easy but time-consuming. Love, love, love! PS. You can drink the beef broth if you want, lol!

Thank you Kaleb for sharing your recipe. I know it'll be delicious, like all I've tried!
One issue…don't know much about wines. Can someone please, tell me exactly & specificallly the kind of wine to use? Thank you!

When I ask what is best for certain recipes, all I get is "oh, any red or any whte or dry, etc", and recipe turns out , well, questionable!

Feeling very hungry after watching that! Looks delicious and very close to my own recipe. Am going to try adding milk, and would like to suggest some fried bacon lardons for an extra layer of flavour.
