I find myself craving a peanut butter and jelly on homemade bread now at 7:15 in the morning. 😊 I made the raisin dutch oven bread from yesterday's video yesterday for breakfast. So good! My 13 yr old daughter ate 4 pieces!!

I use brown sugar instead of white sugar, they turn out gooey yummy! I dont melt the butter completely so I mix it all in a bowl and it comes out like a paste I smear on. Sooo good, I dont measure mine either. Lol

I used to work at our school cafeteria and I have a little trick for you with your sandwiches. Put them in the bag whole and cut them right in the bag. You can use any knife even a sharp one and it won't cut the bag. So much easier than putting them in after they are cut. Just use a clean knife lol.

Good morning Tiffany it all looks good, even your biscuits turned out well. BTW, years ago lots of people rolled out biscuits with a glass! 😉
My Sunday prep always starts with boiling a dozen eggs and a pot of potatoes. I often make a double batch of spaghetti sauce and make 3 lb pans of lasagna (it’s just my husband and myself here now) and I freeze the remainder of the sauce in 2 cup portions for spaghetti on other nights. I always buy family packs of hamburger and cook, cool and vac seal it in meal sized portions for other recipes to use at a later time. I also like to make Shepherds pies in 3 lb portions as well. Often I will cook 10 lbs of potatoes and make loaded mashed potato balls ( in various flavours) to flash freeze for other nights so I can just pull out how many I want according to how many I am serving. They only take 25 minutes to cook while I am cooking the meat on other nights and I also like to make baked beans as they freeze well too.

I applaud you for making so much from scratch. It's cheaper and healthier, but alot of work and clean up. Is your state under shelter in place? Is your husband still able to work? We're under stay home order here in Michigan. It's only been a week and I'm already stir crazy. Cinnamon rolls look amazing!

I think if you add brown sugar instead of white, you may find that cinnamon comes out a little more. One of the recipes that I use suggested that at some point. They looked delicious to me though!

If you use super softened butter for your cinnamon rolls instead of melted, it really helps them to not leak out. Just a tip I’ve learned over time from making mine. I love a lot of cinnamon in mine. I used like 2 tblspns for the amount of sugar you used for those two pieces of dough.
