For moving chopped onions and other veggies I used an OXO multi-purpose scraper. It so much easier than using a knife. Cheers

Yoshi copper grill mat can be cut to fit your Breville. That's what I've been using almost 2yrs. I treat it like the silicone mats. Wash by hand and air dry. They are about $3 at Walmart in my area.
Uh-oh, because of the scarcity of chips, it might be a while before you get your oven part. Sure hope that isn’t the case!
