Watching vegans eating is so tragic. You can see the desperation in their expressions every time they take a bite. They are permanently starving while on their never ending quest to quench their meat cravings with fake meats. The only thing that I would consider eating here are the fruits, but only in moderation. Eating that much fruit in one sitting, that's waaaay too much sugar. I'll stick to my meats, eggs and dairy.

The frozen peas will act as ice in your take along meal. They thaw pretty fast. No need to boil in my opinion. try it. I'd be interested in more tofu recipes. Thanks. Just found you.

We called it a skiffle board in Australia when I was a kid. Hmmm a long time ago back in the late 60's / early 70's! It was fun. Yay! Thanks for your videos and the reminder of 'skiffling' in the Summer when the tide was out. 🙂

I just discovered your channel, and I can't get enough of your videos! I'm mustering up the courage to attempt to try one of your recipes, as I don't have many kitchen skills. Also, you two are adorable!

Those meals look great Derek (I’m making “Derek sauce” right now for my stir fry!) question: do you need to eat before a workout? I’ve heard yes…and no especially if you are trying to burn fat. I’m confused by the mixed opinions. Have a fantastic week! ♥️

I believe my meals (all 3 of them) look a lot like yours now, it took me around 3 years of watching your videos, tinkering with Walmart groceries, managing my budget, and most importantly curbing/increasing my appetite but I finally made it. Thank you for being there for us, and to my fellow Canadian from West coast, keep the videos coming.

Tips: I usually keep the peas frozen so the salad stays cold. Really nice in the summer.

What’s your opinion on rice and arsenic? Wearing a nutrition facts tshirt and not eating sorghum might be a crime.

I love how you say a little more plant based so as not to be intimidating or all-in if someone isn't ready or wanting to do that. The more plants in meals the better for the animals overall.

Thanks for your great channel. I learn a lot with each video. Does steamed broccoli have more nutrition compared to quick sautéed (stove-top) broccoli? Or Vice Versa?
