I have actually just bought 8 of the Beef Pot Roast packages – buying for family members, as well.
All you do is put a pouch in a pot of boiling water, for about 20 minutes – and you have a delicious hearty dinner.
All you need are the accompaniments š Let me know if you all enjoyed it.
I bought the Verdania brand Brussels Sprouts and, first off, they don't smell funky (yaay) and, they were delicious when I roasted them. They are huge!
Your haddock dinner looks so delicious, Dee! I'm going to get a bag on my next shopping trip to Costco.
You made some nice fruit bowls for dessert. Yummy

Heh Dee from Edmonton, smoked in at present. I laughed when you said the mackeral was for the dog. I love it myself and it is so healthy for we humans. They look kind of bad, but try them. Extremely nutritious. Really like your videos. Nice to know about Canadian Costco products and things you try that I look at so many times but never try. Good when others try and give their views. Great video, Happy Mothers day!
In regards to your vegetables they are planted way too close together they all should be planted 12 inches apart for trellised plants. In the garden cucumbers should be planted 36 to 60 inches apart they need room to grow.
Also you will have to stake your cucumbers š„.
The peppers š¶ are also planted too close together they should be 18-24 inches apart.
The pot roast you bought š is yummy it can be heated in the microwave I have never cooked it any other way.
Also it is not very big you will have to use two, one only serves two people.
Also rule of thumb as a gardener planting season officially starts the long weekend in May to avoid frost.
Planting marigolds in between vegetables helps keep bugs š away.

Happy Motherās Day Dee. I freeze watermelon cubes for my dog for a cold summer treat when itās hot outside. Itās always gratifying when the family wants seconds!!! Thanks for sharing your haul plus some food inspiration and a garden tour. Looks like T-bone wants to inspect everything. Our dog does the same. Have a great week and I hope you get to relax today. Dee, my mother used to make us pineapple marmalade, she would add a stick of cinnamon to it and used it for making birthday cakes…so yummy,…you could also have the pineapple with hot sauce, lime juice and salt š¤¤…
