It’s like putting on fresh paint on old paint that has cracked and warping occured. The major stakeholders (various ethnicities in Manipur) need to have working framework of peace and understanding. Simply putting in new gov is not resolving the deep seeded problem and just “kicking the can” of major turmoil down for another date/time to erupt
