That did look like a lot of topping. And I was very surprised when you tried to vent the steam off and nothing happened. But I think you're onto something for sure, definitely not enough liquid to seal it. It's good to know that your Insta pot is fine. And the desert seem like it was still okay just not cooked the way you would expect. Thanks for sharing my friend.
