Really don't give much feedback but do give thumbs up. So we tried this on chicken legs and I have to say it tastes just like store bought. In our area that would be Reasors Store. I did add Chili for a little kick and taste wonderful ! Kudos young lady. This is a winner !👍👍

I never find store bought rotisserie chickens cooked enough. I usually have to finish cooking them when I get them home. And I have to crisp up the skin. I want the meat to fall off the bones. I lived in Southern California many years ago and I thought Pollo Loco was the best! I’m not sure if they’re still around…..or still good. Soooooo. I have two organic whole chickens waiting in my freezer and I’ll try this recipe. Thanks

Myra I have been making rotissarie chickens at home for decades using a showtime rotisserie electric grill, sorry but yours was not a "Costco" knock off because you did not use rotation cooking and there is a difference! still a good recipe and as always thanks for sharing!

Question- on carb manager I am suppose to close those rings daily? I’m having a hard time losing any weight. 20 days low carb, following macros net carbs 7-10 and only 4-5lbs down. That chicken looks delicious! I love your recipes and have tried many of them. Thank you for sharing them with us.
