Could you please do a video for families with food allergies such as wheat, dairy, eggs, nitrates, sugar, etc. My son is allergic to eggs, peaches and kiwi, and I have reactions to wheat, dairy, eggs, nitrates, sugar. It's a real challenge to find healthy, single-ingredient foods that aren't full of high fructose corn syrup, nitrates, and other nasty chemicals, for lower prices. I bet many families would enjoy a video like that! Thanks!
For $1.16 you can get Great Value Organics cans of beans and organic canned vegetables for $1.53 each.
Rice is going to be very expensive and a huge shortage due to the fact India has cut the United States off of any rice due to the fact of the weather there and their shortage.
Great haul!
You've taught us so much! Thanks for doing the leg work. I snagged 2 bags of the Rico rice and put them in 5gl buckets with bay leaf to keep the bugs away! You are my go to girl ever since you taught me how to vacuum seal flour in paper bags a few years ago! ✌🏼🩷
Would like it if this was in list form also in the description area, alot easier to fine what i'm looking for. Blue names to click on for your description & quicker !
Viennas we’re my husband’s favorite with cheese and crackers straight out of the can. Always kept them stocked but not anymore, I won’t touch them! Lol also I make spaghetti with the pack of beef ramen, just cook the noodles and spice packet in spaghetti sauce with burger. Delicious.
BTW you can also make cookies from cake mixes. There are tons of recipes online. Not as good as from scratch, but will do. There are also ways to "doctor up" cake mixes to make them taste more like home made.
Great haul! I didn't realize WM sold so many items for less than a dollar. One thing I noticed there is the long lighters used to light candles etc. They are found in the camping dept. (Ozark Trail) and used to be $.88. I had stocked up on a few several months ago. Then they disappeared. The other day I was going to ger a couple of cans of propane ( none in stock) and noticed they had the lighters back … for $2.49!! 😮
Your prices are a lot lower than ours. Nice haul.
Nice!!!
North Mississippi Kroger. Spent $117. We have not had beef in over a month. I budget for a pot roast. It was $20 for 2.35 lbs. We will get dinner for 3 and enough leftover for 1 lunch tomorrow. I added the onion, potatoes and carrots. It will probably be another 4-5 weeks before I can afford beef again. My hubby loves potted meat. Thank you for all the ideas.
About jello, I like to mix it (dry) with yogurt and mix in some whipped topping. Then mix in marshmallows and fruit and maybe some coconut. Yummy!
These people that think the economy is great either have way to much money or live under a damn rock.
*Oodles of noodles, drain the water, don't use spice pack, save it for other cooking purposes. Just DIP the noodles in *bbq sauce or ranch dressing, very tasty. Just don't overwhelm the noodles with too much dressing or sauce. I also flavor everything with a blend of half garlic salt and garlic powder.
I do the same with instant rice.
*I rarely heat up noodles or rice any more. In a container, just add water to 1/2" above the noodles or rice, put a lid on and in 20-25 mins or less, nice fluffy noodles or rice.
*I've only used Kraft hickory smoked bbq sauce.
Jinny and her matches, no haul complete without them!
Beautiful list, thanks for sharing.
👍🙏❤️✨🌟🌻💫✝️🍂🧡🍁
After making instant potatoes, form into patties and lighty fry in a frying pan. A real tasty treat, especially with eggs.
Does anyone use Gravy Master or Kitchen Bouquet any more. Made the best tasting gravy. My mother was a master at gravy making, absolutely no lumps ever.
JINNE! I LOVED this one!! You covered and recovered so much that we do or need to do! Thanks for so many ideas. Koni from the Great State of Texas.
After 3 yrs of stocking up, i hit my goal. Feels good. Everyweek, i replace what i use and grab one extra. That extra goes in a tote. Then i rotate tote items in my rotational pantry. I have a long term area that i dont touch often.
You were one of the first channels i found awhile back.
I just did a $50 $tree stock up.
You always come to mind.
You never fail to inspire me and make me laugh! I was wondering if you were unable to find matches — and there they were at the end of your haul! I love your positive attitude, it’s so helpful and more important than ever in these times. Your creative ideas for using pantry staples always spark new ideas for meals. Thank you so much for all your hard work. With creativity and determination we can all get through this together!❤🇺🇸
Jinnie, you should have said the rest of us who live in the real world
