I love watching your videos so much, they make me realise how all of us are so connected in our culinary culture. This is such a typical dish for us in Dominica as well. I'd just add that there would definitely be dasheen, green fig and yam pain (breadfruit) if it was in season. So stewed pork and ground provisions basically.
