This looks delicious! I'm so greatful for your channel and your humourous, way to show us how to cook such amazing meals. It's inspiring! Will you please do a Caribbean sunshine, fire version? Would you do a side of yams or other ground provision?
Hey Chris what's up bro , is one of yuh boy Bryan from Trinidad 🇹🇹 here been up in Canada 🇨🇦 a few times and they have this thing they like calld "POUTING" can you do a Carribbean style in this? Thanks 🙏

Duuuude… im hungry 😫💛👍
Would beef bullion in water sub for beef stock? And also would all purpose flour sub for the cornstarch?
surprised you didn't put habinero peppers chris
I tired this when you first made it and I'm doing it again today for my family with the mashed potatoes. My 2 and 3 year old love it man!!!!
Ayeee man! I havent seen your videos pop up on meh feed. I thought yuh stop youtube. Glad you are still making videos!
+caribbeanpot Hey Chris, I tried this recipe but my beef was a bit too chewy. Is that because I should of left it on low longer or because the heat was too high initially? I'll try it again.
This brings back memories. My grandfather used to cook in a soul food restaurant and one of my favorite dinners to order was stewed beef with cabbage, rice and candied sweet potatoes. He used to bake the most delicious bread rolls. Mmm!
Reminds me of my Mom's Irish stew…sometimes we also use lamb in place of the beef. Very tasty dish!
.so delicious
Well I did actually make this as well as I said and it was so good, I repeated it on Sunday but the coconut dumpling recipe. Thank you, I did love It!
I have to try it
I love Caribbeanpot. Awesome recipes, and Chris is Phenomenal!
I liked the cooking progression affects. Do you have any substitute for beef?
Chris love your videos. I appreciate the hard work you put into editing, planning, and preparing your videos. However, I would like to make a small suggestion. Can you cut a small portion of the prepared food in future? I think it would be nice to get an idea of the texture and tenderness of the food cooked. Also it would be a fitting climax to the end of your wonderful recipe. Keep up the good work!
I don't know why you say that this is not typical Caribbean. This is a typical recipe for any kind of beef/chicken/pork, missing just a little shadow beni and garam masala to up the taste
Chris, this looks so delicious; I am trying this one for Sunday. Thank you for always sharing. Blessings, D. 🙂
how about adding cream instead of corn starch, never been a fan of it. But nice recipe, gonna try it this weekend. Thanks
comfort food
Memories, memories, memories, my brother thank you for taking me back down memory lane. years in my eyes.
Your home grown herbs look really vibrant; glad you are able to grow your own and thank you for sharing; I will be making this actually right now.
you lost me at corn starch, in the UK we would dust the beef pieces in regular flour first, and a good 2 hrs in the oven at 160C to reduce down, mmmmm wicked!
Ça doit être délicieux
