How I make steel cut oats in the Instant Pot. A silent film 🙂 I used to add brown sugar, but since using the date water to cook the oats in, I haven’t needed to.
How about putting the frozen fruit in the Instant Pot along with the oats? No need to defrost.

I often add a small amount of nuts, fresh fruit, etc. since i do not follow McDougall to the letter. I don't cook with oil most days. I only reserve oil for an occassional weekend of making waffles with family. Anyway, thanks for the recipe. Looks great in the instant pot.
At the start of the video you put in 5 mins on the IP but then said it takes 15-20 mins to cook – I'm confused?
