Thank you so much for the excellent instructional video! I might experiment with the steam times since my IP is a 3 qt. model. Your sauce is quite enticing as well. My very modest and novice sauce comprises the following ingredients: soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, sugar, pepper and sometimes red pepper paste. Thank you again. Please post more recipes.
