Weird. I usually let people do their thing & not comment even if I dont agree but you made a large batch of bread pudding mixture(while in description box talked about how the IP…which I totally love my IP…saves on electricity…which I'm totally in favor of) but then took 20 minutes to cook a very small ramekin of the recipe.
What happens to the rest of the recipe prepared?
Do you do 6-8 ramekins at 20 min each?
Did you end up cooking rest of recipe in the oven, air fryer, convection oven, cast iron Dutch oven over a campfire?
BTW I've made my own bread pudding in my Instant Pot, a small portion recipe to fit all together in my IP & loved it.
This is NOT bread pudding, it is more like a poorly made bread and butter pudding.
this is disappointing.
This made no sense at all.
