I'm one of those ppl that likes my chocolate a little bitter. Even as a kid, i couldn't stand those Toll house cookies….they're just crystalized sugar. I make peanut butter cookies with a half tsp of stevi for 4 cookies. U can actually taste the peanut butter and the butter/vanilla. not overpowered by the sugar.

What's in my 'keto pantry'? lol…tuna, sardines, peanut butter, pickles and black olives. That's about it! Oh, right…some walnuts and almonds, too. i guess I forgot about desserts these past couple years.

The crispy ranch bacon chicken was awesome. Even without bacon, ran out. My husband is so surprised with the recipes I am trying out. Second time around on keto. First timešŸ‘ŽšŸ½ failed drastically because I had no guidance, now watch you girl it awesome. You rock. Kudos šŸ˜„

Even easier, I use sugar free chocolate Jello pudding mix with 1 cup of heavy cream. I don't have add monk fruit sugar or vanilla. Looks identical to the mousse.

I cant eat artificial sweetners or most alternative natural sweetners, so it's really nice to see a keto recipe that i can just use regular sugar in. Not quite as low carb with normal sugar in it. But I'm ok with that!

Ya just remember you are burning those sugar alcohols before fat. If you were like me you will stall because your busy burning sugar alcohols first ( I drink lots of diet (soda/pop)

These sound interesting. Iā€™m exploring keto at the moment though am still allowing myself a little bit of added sugar some days (such as in some PB, an Enjoy Life mini chocolate bar, or thin dipped chocolate covered almonds).
