    So you don't regret eating all the processed things and having to fight cancer, as I have. Having even just that ounce of doubt if those bad foods contributed is too much weight to bear, trust me. What you are doing is so important. I wish I had done this with my kids, I just had no idea how horrible the store bought foods were for our bodies. I am able to make changes now but truly wish I had the sense to do it when my kids were young. Great job Momma!

    I’ve in the uk , I’ve been storing & preserving my own things for years now and have tried to live from the freezer& pantry Jan & feb . My friends think I’m crazy ( in a nice way ) watching your videos and finding out ‘the Pantry purge ‘ is an actual thing with others has made me feel so much more normal ! (Haha) .
    I absolutely love watching your videos . I Love how real you keep it and include the days when it doesn’t go quite to plan . Just how it is for me too. You have made my usually boring January so much more enjoyable. I really look forward to the videos . I’ve gotten some great ideas and tips . Keep up the good work . X

    Yes! Sometimes I also feel that, usually when I feel like nobody is seeing the value in what I am doing. But I know the value so I press on and I am really happy in the end that I do. 😊 Inhabe been sort of doing the challenge this month and feel success in just what I have done. Keep up the great work!

    WHY????? Because you love your family and want the best for them. Also, you should be loving yourself too by cooking good for you food. Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and you want your body to be able to function properly so you can do what the Lord has called you to do and not have to do it sick. It is way for "funner" lol to do Gods work healthy and not sickly. Galatians 6:9-12 NKJV
    And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith. You and your family are part of the "household of faith" right. YOU ARE DOING AN AWESOME JOB. DO NOT LOSE HEART. It is easy to lose heart. I know. I have been there just recently and you know what? GOD IS GOOD AND FAITHFUL. LOVE YOU SISTER, I AM PRAYING FOR YOU AND YOURS. I had to edit because this came to my mind. You DO NOT have to be just like the Proverbs 31 woman. We can not be like her. She is who we should strive to be like, but we will NEVER be able to achieve her perfection. There is no way she did all of those things in one day. And another thing, she had servants right? We have servants too and we don't have to feed and clothe them either. Dish Washer, Washing Machine, Dryer, Instant Pot, lol, ect….. She did a lot of work because she did not have the right kind of servants. lol. Hopefully since you are working too, your family is helping you out. Their not your servants of course, but it's nice to have help.

    I fill above the max fill line in my instant pot. I want to make as much broth as I can out of the bones. I also high pressure for 3 hours, sometimes leaving it on keep warm overnight, especially beef bones. I don't get any errors or overflowing, it works great!

    Feeling like why bother? Remember that it is actually those times that we go through that strength our will to do it. It is like a wake up call that disturbs a nice sleep – then finally you realize the value all over again and forge on. But with a smile. Every time the smile fades, think of it as your getting stronger. Also, trying new things like cheese and a whole series of bread making – you are helping others get stronger, also. THANK YOU so much for your videos and what you do.
