    So, I had watched your video the other day….I was so encouraged that I started back on the 50/50 plate and NO snacking past dinner…..I'm on my way…it seems like lately it's just one day at a time……but I'm okay with that…I'm like that "tortoise" in the tortoise and the hare…..I'm slow and consistent!     I reached my healthy goal weight over Xmas 2 years ago. Many comments from colleagues. I didn’t care. My goals were more important.
    The truth is, we can eat the junk anytime.
    I’ve since maintained my weight loss easily. Since finding The Starch Solution. Eating potatoes every day and loving it!
