I meal plan for my dinner meals but breakfast is always oatmeal and I usually have my dinner between 2-3pm ( it's usually my lunch and dinner combined) The food is delicious, healthy and awesome. Have you ever done a video on batch prepping your oatmeal? I just did a big batch of oat groats. I’m trying to figure out which version of oats I want to enjoy on a regular basis. I also just purchased a bag of coach’s oats. I will probably try these after I finish up the groats.

Amla powder lowers blood pressure….it made me very light-headed…I had to stop using….just use with caution if your blood pressure is good to begin with
