You can recycle the oui yogurt jars. They are perfect size and you probably already have some. They do sell plastic lids for them too, I just put plastic wrap on tops.
I’ve been doing the eggs using an actual Sous Vide device, so submerged in water. I just got a couple of silicone moulds to try making them in the instant pot. Your tip to leave the mixture in the fridge overnight will be on my list to try next time I make egg bites. Thanks
I think I like my scrabbled ones with the diced vegetables and Sharp cheddar cheese. Cover them with salsa 💃 miles more. 😊 but thank You we all learn great things here. ❤️
