Does not look sprouted
Great product>>>ur2.pl/1035 i've had earlier versions of electric pressure cookers and either sent one back and donated the other. They were clunky, heavy and not user friendly. I saw a demo on this one and decided to give it another try. There is a small learning curve but, so far, I'm impressed and very happy with the purchase. It's quick, easy and the clean up is a breeze.
I made this with a few adjustments. 1 cup sprouted rice & quinoa blend and 1 1/4 cup chicken broth. Manual High Pressure for 12 minutes. Allowed a 10-minute cool down. Turned out great and not "blown up".
Cooked for 4 minutes and 10 minutes natural release. Turned out perfect!
the bag says 15-20 for stove top, which as same as for Basmati rice. Basmati rice is 3 min high pressure, 10 minute natural release. I have a bag if this and going to try same instructions as for Basmati 🙂
So, how was the 15 minute rice?
