    i do no socials on sundays as well and the best thing that helped me esp if you have an iphone is to set it up where you can cut off your screen time. that helped me so much because i would find myself constantly going on socials on sundays! hopefully that helps!

    Yay! Was so excited to see a video from you on my feed! This video, like all of your videos, was so motivating for me. I love how you broke down your goals and let us in on your process of monitoring them. I am working on the mindless scrolling, too. You might already know about this but something that helped me is that there’s a way to put time limits on certain apps. I set a time limit on the apps I waste too much time on and it alerts me when “time is up”. If you’re in the middle of something, you can hit ignore, but then at least you know once you’re done it’s time to get off for the day! ❤

    Hey Katie, I started using CoPilot because you and a few others recommended it. My coach just added some body weight and low impact workouts for my rest days for me to help my maintain my routine every day and help me get in some daily movement, so maybe that would help you with your movement goal.
