    One of my fave ways of eating extra spicy pancit canton is to cook it half way in water. Pour water until only very little is left. Add seasoning packets. Add an entire pack of bearbrand sulit pack or up to your preference. Cook til the firmness of noodles desires. Eat hot. Best when liquid is a little thick, not too runny. There should be some liquid you can slurp but it should not be like noodles.
