Hi Jennifer, i FINALLY order the Earth Breeze tonite at 4am😂 I'm 55 and those bottles are so hevy and they take up a lot of room in the recycling bin. Im gonna give them a go. Oh and FJNALLY ordered what i really wanted was the strainer to make apple sauce. I'm getting myself acouple of presents. Have you ever tried making homemade summer sausage? It is a fun project. Back in the 70's the Sunset Western Gardening magazine published a recipe with three or four variations and it starts with hamburger and curing salt…no casing needed. We do a lot of wild game meat. Have you ever made pepper stick or summer sausage with the cheese pieces. If not you should try it. It’s so good to have the cheese pieces already in the meat. It’s a high temperature cheese so when it’s smoked in the meat it doesn’t melt.
