Bhai I need to know the easiest way to soften chicken… Kyonki while cooking when I check for taste,salt mirch and adrak lehsun ka blending with chicken to cooking ke waqt everything is fine lekin ek baar gas off karke ek ghanta chod diya to chicken hardens. I tried brine solutions dipping, beating the chicken pieces softly, curd marination for over an hour… But after cooking chicken and leaving for an hour before consumption.. Chicken is like adiyal tatto, (a mule)… To cut it short, how can I keep my cooked chicken soft for a longer time 🙄🙄
