This is a particular food dish from Spain that is now part of the culture in the Tampa, Florida area in the US. Many spaniards settled in Tampa and many of the cubans that settled Tampa were from spanish parents and spanish grandparents.
With be trying if I can find the Spanish bean soup bags here.
