    Bravo! Entertaining and delicious! This time of year, when the fresh tomatoes are not at their best, I like to add a pinch of turbinado cane sugar (I know, sacrilege!) at the point Megh added the pinch of salt. Cuts the acid and boosts the sweetness. Buon Appetito!
