This is a great recipe just make sure you mix the gravy in the liquid well otherwise your insta pot will keep reading food burn because of the gunks from the gravy packet that stick to the bottom
Can you sauté the veggies in the instant pot instead of using a separate pot ?

I picked uP! a thing a two travling, military and mostly EATING. FreeLance cooking. i had no fresh nothing because I'm packing, howevr I got hungry. You said "throw them gravy packets in there!" My dear sister i 'throwed' a bit of every seasoning I have, to include a bit of Bay Seasoning in, honey. Like an artist i selected seasonings which complement each other and threw them together! Tastes like ham!

since you use an instapot can you not saute the onions and celery in it and then added your turkey necks since its suppose to be a one pot does it all.
What if I use smoked turkey necks/legs? Will it taste the same or do u recommend uncooked.
