Mrs.Lori have you tried cornbread casserole with the jiffy. I put the jiffy in a bowl with a melted half stick of butter and a cup of sour cream and a small can of cream corn and small can of whole kernel corn. So delicious

Miss Lori, I made the leavening ingredients in Jiffy corn bread mix and also Martha White products. I also made about 80% of the Baking powders on the market.
