I’m gluten free but my kids aren’t but they don’t mind guten free if it tastes ok. We would adapt to make it vegetarian. Red pepper in it sounds awesome!!! We use vegetarian mince instead of beef. It looks awesome!!! We would use veggie broth. I’ve not checked what type of pasta we grab but I know it’s gluten-free!!! My oldest daughter believes soya counts as veggies.

Have you tried jovial? I think I seen people say that its a good gluten free pasta, but I have tried that one. Where do you get follow your heart cheese? I don't think I've seen it anywhere.
