    RECIPE (3-4 servings, 20min prep time):
    -1 onion
    -3 cloves garlic
    -a thumbsize piece of ginger
    Fry in some oil for 5mins
    -1 Tbsp curry powder
    -1 Bell pepper
    Fry 2-3mins
    -1 can (220g) cooked chickpeas
    -1 1/2 cups (375g) tomato passata
    -1 can (400ml) coconut milk
    -1/2 cup (125ml) water
    -salt to taste
    Let it simmer 10mins
    Finish with some parsley, lime juice and agave.
