I’m going to try the air-fried cod. Everything looks great. Our family loves collard greens; my mom never used leeks or onions in hers. She always made pepper sauce with hot green peppers she grew and canned with boiling hot vinegar for anyone who liked it on their collards. I may give the leeks a try when I make some. Thanks for always sharing your videos and your teeth are gorgeous!
