That mixer seems very nice. I love the double oven in the background. I have a few Joy of Cooking Books, one is a small paperback. I understand Vevor is marketing a Buffalo Chopper. I would love to see a demo on one. Their price is amazing compared to Hobart's chopper.
For all of us, who watch your videos, from outside the US ex in Europe where im from, we do not work in cups or Quartz but in gram and ml ( milli liter) is it possible for you to write it in the deskription ?

Thanks for sharing the mixer and double oven AND using a disher as an accurate way to ID your scoop size. Very helpful, and repeatable. Using one whole egg and one egg yolk (for the basic recipe) may help with the cracked edges.

😍Congratulations on the new Double Oven!!! We had ours replaced with the same KA double oven. I like it so far! The only warning I found online is to never use the auto clean cycle… reviewers said it messes up the electronics.
