Very good recipe. will absolutely repeat it. The chicken was tender and juicy, with a fresh, aromatic, slightly lemony taste. No leftovers here.
My grocery store had no star anise and no lemon grass. I substituted the latter with lemon zest (as recommended in culinary books). I added a couple of ginger slices and one teaspoon of chili flakes to add to the spiciness. It worked out just fine. Thanx!

Ganito din ginawa ko nung new year pero pressure cooker pinaglutuan ko.pinrito ko muna ng bahagya para ung balat nya ay prang inihaw din. Dagdagan mo ng atsuete at turmeric powder. Masarap sya at juicy.
