Wow you really packed a lot of great stuff in this video. So many shout outs. Good people. Phil your a hell of a cook with more cooking devices I ever saw. 👍
I got some dry seasons that is a injection spice you just gotta mix with any liquid. Beer, apple juice, liquor…etc. I need to try this myself.
I love spraying the meat along the way with water and apple cider vinegar mix. It kicks up the flavor and adds a lot of moisture. My problem is knowing exactly what temperature everything needs to be to be safe so I usually over cook everything sadly just so I know it’s safe. Everything looks great and moist. 😝 come mere boy! 😂 it almost got away…

Once again I learned something from you, Phil! I never thought about injecting the tenderloins? Since they are so lean, I always feel like they should be juicier and you just showed me how to keep them that way! Thanks again and looking forward to your next cook! I like how JIF called you out on that second taste! LOL

Hey Phil , so glad that I inspired you to break out the tenderloins!! I have some of Kent's rub but have been afraid to use it LOL!! Now I can. That stuff is spicy out of the bottle….he says it's an Indian heat! Everythang is better with some Uncle Steve's Shake! You know I've never sauced tenderloins….makes me wish I would have tried some PIF sauce on them….and adding the butter…well that's cheating!!! LOL!! They looked so delicious. I always use leftover for breakfast. You made my day with this video! Wishing you, JIF & TIF a Happy Superbowl Sunday!!

Great cook, Phil. I liked the injection you used, and that final sear knocked ‘em out of the park. I too was surprised last time I bought Costco’s twin pack… but it was a nice surprise! Gonna have to get me some Uncle Steve’s. Happy Superbowl Sunday to you and Janet… and Toby too!

Y’all have me wanting to make pork tenderloin. They looked super tender and honestly both of those rubs are good, I got Kent’s last year, I really like it. It’s gotta be good with the cherry habanero sauce. Those rubs do cook down well. The okra and taters make a nice side. Hope y’all have a great weekend!

Phil my friend, very nice recipes, i'm 56 old irishman from rural Kentucky if you remember that, one thing i really like about South Carolina bbq, etc… is youn's use mustard based sauces, i think mustard goes better with pork than tomato, ketchup, etc… based sauces, God Bless you, wife, family & friends( lone ranger says hello,( Ken from heavy metal bbq)

Hey Phil! Wow…….that was a Killer combo of sauces! You had me doing a double take and rewinding, thinking I had missed something when that deflector disappeared!
Next time do you think you would try this without the deflector??? Be more of that open style like the Santa Maria attachment?
Nice pieces of pork there Phil! 👍

Phil How's things in 2020 Your smile is brighter than ever. Ps. Janet be careful what Phil has you taste, Did you see how he added disclaimer about heat hitting you after the fact. The New Year must have reinvigorated your interest in planting seed this year, I though last year you were wondering out loud about future plantings.🤔 Will this be the year where you go to pay for view, I see it is becoming popular with some channels. What priveledges will your patreons recieve. Your demonstration and cook was point on👍 lastly did you put water in the water pan, someone always asks so I thought I would do the ask. I've been having to watch reruns or turn to other interests to keep my meekus-curi satisfied so as to not have an anxiety attack wondering when your next production might come out will you be having a Super Bowl Extravaganza.
