    Did you ever try coating the cubed up meat with spices before sending it through the grinder? I do this with breakfast sausage and it's nice to skip the mixing step, especially with larger batches and cold meat

    You have listed
    5 oz of mustard that you did not show you using???
    What is this ??? Yellow mustard is my only guess…

    As you did show and use the
    1 Tbsp mustard powder.

    Looking for some clarification.
