Bonnie’s maybe the most overrated restaurant in NYC. Unbelievably expensive for the mid food you get. Their whole reputation is manufactured via videos like this

Too soft, needs a crispy bun. Honestly Asian food is some of the weirdest textures, pretty much either slime or marshmallow.
