    I made this with some changes (fried onions and the carrots, substituted bokchoi stalk, italian seasoning, chicken broth because I had no celery/thyme sprigs/beef broth, pepper, added kale + bokchoi leaves in last 30 min of 4 hrs in high). The spice mix is what made this soup taste so good! Parents are super picky with food and they loved this! (Served with toasted garlic bread/bread with cheese and side salad)
