    @carsoncooking says:

    Ingredients
    2 large chicken breasts
    Salt, pepper, and garlic for seasoning chicken
    1 bottle Parmesan garlic sauce
    1 cup milk
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    1 block of cream cheese
    1 box pasta (we used rotini)

    Instructions
    1) Season your chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic. Place your chicken in your slow cooker.
    2) Pour your Parmesan garlic sauce over your chicken. Add your milk into your empty Parmesan garlic bottle, then shake, then pour it over your chicken.
    3) Cut your cream cheese into six small cubes. Place them on top of your chicken.
    4) Add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese on top, then close your slow cooker and cook on low for 3.5 hours (or high for 2.5 hours).
    5) When there is about 15 minutes left on your slow cooker, bring a pot of water to a boil and add your pasta. Once fully cooked, drain it and set it aside.
    6) When the timer is done on your slow cooker, check to make sure your chicken is fully cooked. If it is, transfer it to a bowl and shred it.
    7) Add your shredded chicken and cooked pasta back into your slow cooker and mix well. Serve with fresh parsley on top. Enjoy!
