I usually do an "indian" curry but use potato,chicken and cauliflower. I usually cook it on the stove top in a large pan so I thought this time i would try it in a slow cooker.
I want to start using my slow cooker more than I do. Mine is cooking now π

This looks absolutely banging! Nothing better than those whole cloves of garlic once everything has cooked together, man… Chicken curry (or lentil curry) is such a good "clean out the fridge and feed everyone" dish – I jazz up mine by making a quick seasoned oil at the end, just by toasting some good spices in a pan, adding oil, letting that steep off heat for 10 mins, and adding it into the slow cooker on the last hour. This recipe, though? I don't think that'd be needed at all, haha!
