thanks for the recipe, will have to try the better than bouillon, I've never had it. This soup looks good, this is one of my favorite soups also and I absolutely love barley ! It gives soup a new dimension of flavor !

I just had a cambells chunky canned soup( hearty beef barley) for lunch at work and it was delicious. But while eating I decided to look at this video. Boy oh boy do I want a bowl of that.!
how come the barley cooked so quickly? In another video it took about an hour to cook the barley! are you using different barley??
