    Id say that if you are struggling with going to the toilet then you should 100% make sure you are having your healthy extra b for the fibre 🙂 Ive just restarted my slimming world journey and documenting it on youtube and there are things I am doing my own way (like not synning tinned fruit that i have with my breakfast) so I think we all have to find a way that works for us 🙂

    It’s not crucial to eat the healthy extras but it is extra food and if you’re eating syns but not eating your hex’s then you’re not quite making the most of the food available. If you’re peckish at night you could have a wee bit toast rather than crisps or a biscuit thing. You don’t need to hit 5 syns, it’s ok to have zero syns, it only says 5-15 to reiterate that they are there to be used but they should be the last thing you reach for.

    You could try having nuts or seeds for your healthy extra. Seeds are nice sprinkled on salads or soups or just snack on nuts. Food looked really yummy. Have a good week xx

    I tend to use 1 hexA of milk on cereal then if I need another I will have a milky coffee, or cheese and the milky coffee.
    The reason for your hexB is for the fibre to make you go regular but my regular is once every 10 days 😒. I need to find a SW health farm where I can book in and it's all planned and done for me 😂 x

    Hi Julie, if you are eating plenty of fruit and veg then not eating your B choice isn’t an issue as you are still getting fibre. Regardless of what SW portray, it comes down to calories in v calories out so eating a B choice just for the sake of it is adding extra calories unnecessarily! Hope that makes sense xx
