JILLLLLLL! These are DELICIOUS! Thank you and congrats for making this amazing recipe!!!!! I was concerned when I sampled the crust with the nooch…it didn’t seem right. I still proceeded and made the recipe as directed. I took it out of the oven and left on some errands. When I returned I sampled it and was πŸ’ƒπŸ»πŸŽ‰πŸ’₯πŸ˜ƒπŸ’!! Love this so much and we are enjoying it for Thanksgiving. Grateful for your hard work and what you give us to eat and enjoy healthfully!

I've dreamed about making a vegan pecan pie. I'd thicken the filling with chia seeds and replace some of the dates with dried apricot for extra flavor. Thank you for inspiring us to cook plant-based Jill. Happy Thanksgiving!

Could you perhaps get a pre-made vegan crust if you don't have time to do the crust yourself and just add the filling and bake that for 30 mins? Most pre-made crusts are round, so a shallow 9" round pie crust would work?

Hi Jill! I have been following your Chanel for over a year now. I became plant based due to health issues and I am now feeling great. Thank you so much for your hard work and the love you put on your delicious recipes. Even my non-vegan family enjoy them! I have been wondering if you have ever created a recipe with ripe plantains. Those are ones of our favorite side foods since we are from Colombia. We used to have them fried, but now I just bake them. I would love to see how you create a cake or any other side dish with them. So sweet and tender!

    Great idea Miss Jill !
No need make the whole pie, but bars instead. Can't wait to make this sweet, yet healthy recipe ! πŸ˜ƒ
Btw, why do you waste and dispense the batter with a wooden spoon instead of a spatula? πŸ™„

Another wonderful recipe, just in time for Thanksgiving. Thank you! My daughter-in-law and I are the only ones of the family that like pecan pie, so this will be perfect for both of us! Side note: I notice you pronounce pecan two different ways; I have not heard anyone else do that before! I say puh-kaan, which you did, too. But you also said pee-kan, which is, apparently, the British pronunciation. I love linguistics, so that was fun for me. Happy holiday, and thanks again for this great channel! EDIT: per Pecan Sellers Assoc. 70% Northerners and 45% Southerners pronounce it PEE-can. Since I was born and raised in the West, anything is possible!

These look great! Thanks for sharing this recipe. My husband likes sweets but not pumpkin pie. I think this will be a great addition to deserts this thanksgiving.

With all these great recipes, I bet you could start up a great restaurant. It would be the toast of the town. Still say you would make a great PBS series. NutraBullet would make a great sponsor plus all the makers of the ingredients that you use and all the cookware. Super video.
